“Thanks for everything and good luck in your new job”. Words like these, a bunch of flowers and a handshake from your sour looking manager, often define the so called emloyee offboarding.
Although ‘exit’ is marked as a stage in the employee journey, the departing employee often hardly notices the importance of a proper farewell. A true waste, because especially in this tight labormarket all positive attention is more than welcome. How great would it be if you person leaving the company, is actively engaged in fulfilling the vacany they leave behind. But how do you build and manage a solid offboarding process? Ideas on how you can both set up a proper on- and offboarding are shared during the new Inholland Academy course. Information can be found: https://lnkd.in/di2EdcNz
