Coaching is something you do yourself. A coach is a critical sparringpartner who supports you in discovering talent and ambitions.  

Careers coaching focusses on job effectiveness and reflection on next steps. Creating an attractive resume  and/or creating a dazzling LinkedIn profile is included.

A high performing team is a team that complements eachother. It’s not always easy to get a clear view on qualities which is why in teamcoaching we explore them together. We probe on strenghts but also where might cause friction. These sessions are conducted in mutual respect, openess and a healthy dose of humor.
